2. Description of Service

The Seven Hives is an IT support platform that connects businesses and individuals with qualified support agents through a ticketing system. The Service includes ticket submission, real-time chat, agent assignment, escalation management, analytics reporting, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Ensuring that all information you provide is truthful and up to date.

4. Credits and Payments

The Seven Hives operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through subscription plans and are consumed when support services are rendered. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain valid for the duration of your active subscription. Subscription renewals are processed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent support requests.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten support agents or other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

6. Service Level Expectations

We strive to provide timely and effective support. Response and resolution times vary based on ticket priority, agent availability, and issue complexity. While we make every effort to meet our internal SLA targets, these are goals rather than guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of The Seven Hives and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Seven Hives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
